Refund policy

Purchases and Orders
All orders, once sent through the store's platform shall be deemed irrevocable and unconditional. Refunds or cancellations (part or whole) shall not be allowed.
Exchange shall only be considered for cases of:

• Discrepancies in delivered items from orders.
• Reasonable damage to the delivered items.
• All claims must be done within THREE days from the date of delivery. 

Based on the above situations, we reserve the rights to approve any exchange, especially if claims are made after the three-day period.
